<p>To cancel an order, please log in to your account, go to &ldquo;My Orders&rdquo; and click on &ldquo;Cancel&rdquo; next to the order you wish to cancel.</p>

<p>Once your order is shipped you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also track it from your &ldquo;My Orders&rdquo; page.</p>

<p>Sometimes it may take a few minutes to verify your email and activate the account. Please check your junk/spam folder or contact support if the problem continues.</p>

<p>You simply need to create a free account, select the product you want and proceed to checkout. No additional documents are required.</p>
